Inquiry and Consultation
Just like any good first date, it all starts with great conversation. After you inquire, we’ll plan a consultation call where we’ll get to know each other better – bring all of your questions and we’ll see if we’re the perfect match.
Booking and Onboarding
We’re so excited to be working with you! After the logistics are handled, we’ll kick off your planning process by getting to know your event wants and needs on an even deeper level – based on your knowns and unknowns, we’ll have a great starting point to begin planning your day together.
Secure Venue
and Vendors
Now that we’re on the same page about everything to come, we’ll lock down your most important vendors, including your venue and photographer. You won’t have to worry about exhaustive research or uncertain timelines – we’ll manage the process and make decision making as simple as possible for you.
Dive Into Design
Color palettes, swatches, installation ideas, and details great and small – we’ll craft a unique vision for your day that represents you and exactly the celebration you’ve dreamed of hosting.

Are you willing to travel?
Absolutely! We consider the Eastern Seaboard our home base, but will happily pack our bags to help you celebrate in style wherever calls to you.
Will we be working with alexa?
Yes, all of our couples work directly with Alexa herself. We know entrusting your most important moments to someone else is not a decision made lightly, and Alexa will be there to guide the process with you from start to finish.
WHO WILL BE ON OUR EVENT DAY TEAM?
We have an incredible team of event day assistants with years of hospitality experience. Alexa will hand select the best team for your day, ensuring you can sit back and enjoy your celebration without stress.
WILL YOU MAKE VENDOR RECS FOR US?
Consider us your vendor sommelier: our recommendations are personalized for you from our network of trusted partners, ensuring you have exactly the right team to bring your event to life.
HOW OFTEN WILL WE MEET DURING THE PLANNING PROCESS?
The limit does not exist! You will not be restricted to any set allotment of hours or calls during our time working together.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK?
In order to provide our clients with the highest level of service, we only take on one event per weekend. We recommend getting in touch as soon as you have a date or season in mind.
